We host a variety of community events, fundraisers, dinners, auctions, weddings, meetings and just about any event you can think of. If you are looking for a location for your next event the Hall is a fantastic choice!
Due to the rapidly changing Covid-19 situation some of our events have been put on hold. You can find details on all events happening at the hall here.
Ten Thousand Villages Is set to return winter 2020
Ten Thousand Villages is a nonprofit fair trade organization that markets handcrafted products made by disadvantaged artisans from more than 120 artisan groups in 35 countries.
Ten Thousand Villages is more than a store. It’s a place where you can explore and connect with your global village.
From communities throughout the developing world, every inspired design is crafted with love using local materials (usually natural or recycled) and time-honoured skills by makers we have known and worked with for years.
Every purchase improves the lives of makers by supporting their craft and providing a fair, stable income.
They offer a way for you to become part of the story, to shop your values and give gifts with meaning.
Ducks Unlimited Banquet & Auction
Ducks Unlimited is set to return in 2021
Ducks Unlimited's mission is to conserve, restore and manage wetlands and associated habitats for North America’s waterfowl.
The 100 Mile chapter of Ducks Unlimited has been raising funds for local wetlands protection and rehabilitation projects. Funding is raised through our annual dinner/auctions and thanks to local contributors we have raised well over $1,500,000. Some local projects include the Walker Valley, 130 Mile/San Jose river wetland and the 100 Mile marsh. Wetlands slow the flow of water, reducing flood risks and mitigating the effects of floods. Wetlands also purify water, store carbon and provide critical habitat to birds, fish and wildlife. We really appreciate the use of the 100 Mile community hall as it provides the space and facilities we require to put on successful fundraising events.
Gold Wing Road Riders Association
The Gold Wing Riders Are Set To Return In 2021
The Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA) is the world's largest single-marque social organization for owners and riders of Honda Gold Wing/F6B and other touring motorcycles and some would say, the world's largest family. Dedicated to our motto, Friends for Fun, Safety and Knowledge, GWRRA members enjoy the freedom of belonging to a not-for-profit, non-religious and non-political organization. Last year The Hall was happy to host the GWRRA Diner & Awards show after their Bike Technical Skill Show which took place at save-on foods. The Riders are booked to return in July 2021.
